Liquor And Mid Back Pain When Did PA Start Sealing Liquor Bottles With Paper Tabs?

When did PA start sealing liquor bottles with paper tabs? - liquor and mid back pain

I recently came in a bottle of JW Red, which was made before the alcohol bottle caps were sealed with red cards. I think these values were to be used until the mid to late 80s, and not in a position to know when they started with them. The bottle is clearly very old and do not think that was purchased at a place outside the State. Anyone have any ideas?
